Dr. Rajiv Kumar was elected to the Board of Directors February 25, 2020. He was most recently the President & Chief Medical Officer at Virgin Pulse, a global private equity-owned software company based in Providence, Rhode Island. In addition to his role as Chief Medical Officer, Rajiv oversaw the company’s data science efforts as well as corporate development (mergers & acquisitions). He is the founder of Brown Angel Group, an angel investing syndicate for Brown University alumni that has 750 members globally, pooling their capital to invest in early-stage ventures founded by other Brown University alumni. His community involvement includes serving as a member of the board of directors of Crossroads Rhode Island. He earned his both his BA in Business Economics and MD from Brown University, Providence Rhode Island.
