John S. Lombardo was elected to the Board of Directors February 24, 2009. He retired from State Street Research & Management, MetLife’s third party asset manager as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this position John was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MetLife Auto & Home. John is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society since 1981. His community involvement includes being a Trustee, a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Trinity Repertory Company; Trustee and a member of the Finance Committee of Barker Foundation; Board member, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Highlander Charter School; and Chairman of the Finance Committee, a member of the Permanent Endowment and Church Council of the Shepherd of the Valley United Methodist Church. John is a graduate of Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
