Warwick, RI — Providence Mutual, a property and casualty insurance company, was recently named as one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island in the midsize employer category by the Providence Business News for the 15th year in a row.
The Best Places to Work Awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island. The honorees recognized this year were evaluated based on human resource policies and completed confidential surveys of employees put together by Best Companies Group. The honorees were also classified into four categories based on the companies’ employee counts: Small employers (15-49 employees), Midsize employers (50-149 employees), Large employers (150-499 employees), and Enterprise employers (500 or more employees).
The 2021 Best Places to Work honorees will be recognized on Wednesday, June 9 in a virtual ceremony. During this ceremony, the company rankings in each category will be announced.
