Claims Department Message:
“To assure financial security to our policyholders against the perils from which they seek protection” is a portion of Providence Mutual’s Mission Statement: to provide outstanding service when handling claims arising from those perils is a tenet of the Claims Department.
Our efforts are not going unnoticed. During 2009, over 95% of those who responded to Customer Service Satisfaction Surveys said we either met, or exceeded their expectations as to the overall level of service provided on their claim.
We know that as a Department, we are called upon to deliver on promises made when a policy was purchased and to do so fairly and in accordance with the terms and conditions. This is our responsibility and our obligation, but it is our desire, and practice,
to do so in an outstanding manner.
