Pay Your Bill
Your bill is due at 12:01 AM on the date shown on your billing statement or cancellation notice. Payment should therefore be received at Providence Mutual prior to that time. Please note we reserve the right not to accept payment or reinstate a cancelled policy if payment is received after that time. You should contact your insurance agent for assistance.
If mailing your insurance payment, please make sure your policy number is included on all checks. Payments should be mailed to:

You may pay your bill by phone Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM by calling our Billing Department at (877) 763-1800. We accept electronic withdrawal from your checking or savings account, debit card issued by a U.S. bank, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. There is no additional charge (beyond the $5.00 service fee per installment) for this service.
You may also pay by electronic check, debit card issued by a U.S. bank, Visa, Mastercard or Discover using our pay-on-line portal. There is no additional charge (beyond the $5.00 service fee per installment) for this service.
Please note a charge of $15.00 will be added for insufficient funds or returned checks (except in New Jersey & Rhode Island).
